🇦🇺 Where We Ship

Currently, we ship exclusively to addresses within Australia. We do not offer international shipping outside Australia at this time.


📦 Order Processing & Fulfilment

Once your order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.

Some orders may be fulfilled by our international logistics partners. This means your parcel may be dispatched from outside Australia, even though we currently only sell and ship to Australian delivery addresses.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


☀️ Warm Weather Note

Tallow is a natural fat that can soften or melt at temperatures above 30°C. This is normal for natural balms and does not affect the quality of the product.

If your balm arrives softened, place it in the fridge for around 30 minutes to re-solidify before use.


📦 Shipping Rates & Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: $10.00
  • Orders over $100: FREE Standard Shipping

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, the carrier network, customs processing, and whether your order is dispatched by an international fulfilment partner.

Final-mile delivery may be handled by Australia Post or another local delivery carrier, depending on the parcel and destination.


📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number where tracking is available.

If you have not received your tracking email within 5 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at tallowandhoneybalm@outlook.com.


⚠️ Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels

If your tracking states "Delivered" but you cannot find the parcel, please check:

  1. Around your property, including meter boxes, carports and safe-drop areas.
  2. With your neighbours or anyone else at the delivery address.
  3. Your local delivery office or collection point, if the carrier has left a collection notice.

If the parcel is deemed lost in transit by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our consumer obligations.
